Your NINJOINTS Warranty provides repair of this product free of charge within 60 days of purchase at the sole discretion of NINJOINTS (Shipping NOT included).
The Warranty Card + Original Receipt of Purchase is required to make claim under this Warranty. Warranty may be Void as a result of any of the following conditions:
- Products failure or damage is caused due to improper operation or unauthorized maintenance and repair
- Use of this product outside its scope of intended use.
- Misuse or Neglect of your product
Warranty is provided on the battery unit ONLY. Pods, Cartridges and their components are not covered under this Warranty. This Warranty does not cover any non-NINJOINT brand products. Warranty expires after 60 days from Date of Purchase.
